"I have been a client with this agent for about 2.5 years. In short, I have been very pleased since the start. Last week I spoke with Nicole about my upcoming auto insurance renewal. All of my in-person and phone contact has been with Nicole. With all of the turmoil in the insurance industry these days, it almost seems like an impossible task for a client to come away from any call as "happy" after learning about an upcoming premium increase. However, that adjective (and maybe "relieved" and "informed") is probably a pretty accurate description for me. Nicole clearly explained how the rise in my premium was the mathematical result of the increase in my mileage driven. Otherwise, my rates have continued to be VERY GOOD compared to those of other carriers when I shop around. In my opinion, Nicole is a great ambassador for the State Farm brand. Her service consistently provides an admirable mix of intelligence, preparation, transparency, creativity, empathy and effective communication (listening; patience; calming voice; insightful questions; etc.). She is ALWAYS responsive to my emails and phone calls."
